Cruiser's question - reposted - looking for recommendations

    Cruiser posted this but for some reason we haven't figured out yet, the system won't allow replies, even if we tried to do it as moderators. So here's Cruiser's question again and hope this works:

    Today I need a place where I can get some photos developed to 8x10 size from a disk. I need to get these on a card backround so I'm thinking some kinda pro shop.

    I'd recommend Film Stop - I like the lower Queen Anne location. They are a "prosumer" shop and do great work. You can also try Costco - they actually have a pretty wide range of capabilities. Printing direct to a thicker stock will probably require digital printing (rather than a photo printer). The alternative is mounting to a thicker substrate.
