   Is anyone here in WS having Comcast issues today? My phone and cable have been out for a while. Back on now...

   That's why I have DTV - comcast always goes out in bad weather.

   Mine went out around 11:45 (Seaview neighborhood). Cable was fine, the internet was down.

   Came up to Uptown instead of waiting it out, given my plan was to work from home instead of tough out a crappy commute.

   There's a Comcast crew on my street on 47th Ave SW south of Erzkine up on the pole at the moment...not sure if that has anything to do with it???

   I hope so, I live a couple of blocks from there, at 49th & Brandon.

   Any chance you could post to this thread when it comes back up? That way I know when I can head back home :)

   Yeah, I'm in Seaview also.

   High Speed Internet is back up.
   Comcast Phone is back up.

   I should have clarified, Cable TV was never affected. It is still working fine.

   I've had Comcast Cable TV for around 9 years and have never had a problem with it in bad weather. It's probably only been down a handful of times. And this is the first time in years that my internet has been down. Strange...must have been the wind.

   I myself haven't had any issues but I just went down and asked the guy and he said that they are in the process of upgrading some of the area to receive faster broadband speeds and apparently this is causing some unforeseen issues. He said they are aware of the problem and are working on it here locally. If there's any silver lining to this it's that depending on your package you might come home to "blazing hot" speeds... :)
