Christopher Boffoli is in Seattle Magazine

  1. Full Tilt has a wonderful photo in the mag, and I looked on the other side of the page and there is an article by Christopher about Scott Carsberg from Lampreia.

    Thanks everyone! And how great to be in such distinguished company with Justin's fantastic ice cream as an intro! I still haven't tried the ube but I REALLy need to. I always get distracted by too many other interesting flavors.

  7. Awesome! I have been to the Lampreia a few times in the past, know the chef enough to know that many of those "stories" are true....
