   Hi - I have an almost 2-yr old and I need to get her 2 years pics made! I also have an 8 month old and I'd love to get some portraits of her too. Any recs for a W. seattle photographer?

   I know someone who does exceptional photography with children... She has a special knack (though not specifically WS, just a bridge away on Mercer Isl., and she will travel).

   I have to give a friend of mine a plug. She is a former P-I photographer who also did my family portraits. The pictures she took are known in my family as "the Best Family Portrait ever taken". http://www.merylschenker.com

   She spent alot of time just observing us as a family and really got what we were all about. Seriously a gifted photographer. Good luck, these years are precious with the kids and good to get captured.
