car prowl at sealth school books+ missing...please notify if you see anything

    Car prowl from red honda parked above sealth to the West between 3:15 and 4:30 today. Contents in a Black northface backpack. Wallet and ipod likely long gone but the student would LOVE to get books, bright pink calculator,and especially a semester+ worth of Chemistry and Math notes back. Spiral notebooks blue and black, colorful 1-2" three ring binder. If her brand new drivers license could be returned it would also make us happy. Thanks W Seattle for notifying mom at 206-355-3786 if you find anything in the neighborhood that looks like it meets this description. If you know who took it, that would be a bonus. This is a tough lesson for a new driver : (

    UPDATE
    4 am call from friendly local beat cop - got back the stuff we figured was gone for good - still looking for school work. Reward for return. Thief caught in Westwood area at 1 am. Black backpack probably somewhere between Sealth and WW Village.

    2nd update
    woman in the apts. east of Sealth field returned the school work to Sealth this morning. She did not leave her name but i am thinking kind thoughts for this good neighbor! Daughter out backpack, wallet and some cash... could have been alot worse! Thanks all.
