Blackbird Bistro re-open?

  1. I just drove by the old Blackbird Bistro spot on California and saw that the doors were open, lights on, tables set. Anyone know if its re-opened? We moved here when the original was already closed.

Most likely the OP is referring to what is now Porterhouse... which has been open for quite some time. WSB reported about the Blackbird closure/Porterhouse takeover many times over the last nearly-three years.

  6. Nope, sorry for the confusion. I meant Blackboard. I'll check out the website, thanks!

  7. Blackboard has not had any closures that we've heard of ... the restaurant that preceded it, Eness, was very shortlived, though.
