    have you been in Blackhawk? they don't want anything to conflict with gambling revenue.. bicycles might slow gamblers down.

    i am surprised they haven't entirely routed vehicles off the narrow streets that now house casinos ...

    maybe they are afraid that the elderly infirm who fill those buses couldn't walk the block or two from the parking lot to the casino doors...

    or that denying door to door traffic would cause tour buses to go elsewhere. there is plenty of competition not that far away.

    In fact, Blackhawk used to be just a wide spot in the road on the way to Central City.

    I'll check it out next month when i visit denver.
    no bicycle.. so the ban won't affect me:)
