    Beth Montanez is one of the best Pilates instructors I've ever worked with. She's not a drill master, just super intuitive about how your body works and moves. And she really listens to your goals. After my surgery her exercises and recommendations were just as important as the physical therapy. Plus, it's really motivating how terrific Beth looks after four kids! Three reformers, classes, evening instructors. 257-2120

    Thank you RM (Goldie)... I just happened upon this and am beside myself. I can't believe how special it is that you took a moment to say something so wonderful. It is truly my pleasure to work with you, and I am so glad that you pleased with the work and results. You made my day!
