   I've just learned that a very cute house on my street in Highland Park will be put up for rent this weekend. I believe it is a 2 bedroom, and it has a deck and fenced-in backyard. I think the owner is also receptive to a pet.

   Great block - all of us know each other plus families and long-time residents. Within walking distance to White Center and goodies like Full Tilt! Just 4 blocks to Westwood Village.

   I was told the owner is asking $1200 - not sure if it includes utilities. We would love to have some great neigbors - I plan to talk to the owner tomorrow when he arrives. PM me if you're interested and I'll ask him how he wants to be contacted so I can pass this info on to you.

   P.S. - I'm not trying to advertise for the owner (I've never met him); my partner and the neighbors are just really anxious to get the place rented to a family or other fairly stable and responsible individuals.

   Just trying to keep our 'hood happy and cozy!

   The lady just finished moving out tonight, so I expect I'll see the owner sometime tomorrow.

    No cats, no pets thank God. She abused her little boy enough as it is and drank like a fish doing it.

    I don't mind crazy ladies - just psycho clowns LOL!

    tho i have to admit i have a hard time squaring the image of that avatar with the image of the lady it represents... even when the sense of humor peeks through.

    I am glad you are losing a bad neighbor Mellaw6565 but my heart feels for the kid who won't get much better when he moves.

    JenV & Cait - I'll send you the address via PM and you can take a look. Haven't seen the landlord yet, but he's pretty fastidious and I'm sure he'll come by to do some yardwork, etc....

    I'm supposed to get his email tomorrow, so if you like the place let me know & I'll get in touch with him.

    JenV - I've decided I can self-medicate to ward off evil thoughts of the psycho clown LOL!
