Audi (German) Car Repair

  1. Looking for a very honest, reliable, and highly experienced mechanic professional to work on my Audi. I can go up to 50 miles if necessary for major work. Any information would be appreciated including any garage to avoid if you've had a bad experience. Many thanks.

  2. My husband takes his '97 A8 to Hans' Foreign Car Repair at 6302 35th Ave SW. My husband is a "car guy" (still owns his high school project car), so he's picky about mechanics. He has been very happy with the service his Audi has received at Hans', and highly recommends them.

A couple mechanics just left Alki Auto Repair and are opening a shop on 35th - in the old Swedish Building - very skilled in German cars. It's called West Seattle Autoworks

  4. We have been loyal to Fat City German Auto Car (near Seattle Center) for years! They are all highly skilled, trained at the factory and very ethical/honest people. We had a computer problem with a passat several years ago and they spent days free of charge trying to figure it out. I also feel like they don't try to up-sell you on things you don't really need when you go in for an oil change. As a woman that doesn't know much about cars I feel like I can always trust them and they weren't trying to rip me off. Really, I've never liked mechanics, until I met the people at Fat City. My husband is meticulous in caring for his cars and was not impressed by WS shops.

2x took out A4 to Hans....

and 2x the A4 then went to an Audi dealer to get the work done right!!!!!
when asked and shown the dealer's assessment and suggested corrective work needed, we rec'd NO consideration of a refund from Hans whatsoever.
we just ate the extra expense and will never go to Hans VW-Audi-German auto repair ever again.
