I'm working with the editor of a national automotive publication, and an upcoming issue will focus on historic Buick dealership architecture.
As recently as the mid-1990's, the now-defunct Huling Bros. Buick dealership on Fauntleroy in West Seattle still wore huge, red neon "Buick" scripts on the facade, dating from the 1940's or 1950's. The dealership resisted corporate pressure to remove the vintage signage in favor of the modern sign standard.
I would love to locate any vintage photographs of this dealership structure, showing the Buick scripts on the facade.
Can anyone help? My e-mail is: brianL@americanconstco.com
