Any news about Zippy's reopening?

    We're checking daily on Zippy's. Not yet. Still dealing with the last permit/inspection hurdle. And we're checking almost that frequently on a couple other much-anticipated new restaurants, though if you are in Admiral, be sure to crane your neck whenever you pass 22, as during our most recent update, I believe reporter Stephanie's closing line was that the owner thought he might just quietly swing the doors open one day ...
