Hey guys!

I am going to be headlining Seattle's historic "Comedy Underground" on December 30th at 8pm. It is my first time headlining in my (former) hometown and I am really psyched about it.

Tell all of your friends. Lets pack the Underground! I am going to be doing almost a half-hour of new material that I have been working out while here in New York. It will totally be worth your time. And if not, it was only five bucks.

Its going to be me and a bunch of friends having a good time and making you laugh. I can find no reason for you not to attend.

Moving to Freebies/Deals/Sales. Flagged to us as a suspected ad but a $5 comedy show certainly belongs there. P.S. to Adam - I don't know if "genre" is the right word for type of comedy but curious about your style - can you describe? Or point us to a clip.

After negotiating influences for the first few years, I have found myself most comfortable in the realm of "clean" and "observational."

Rockergirl - You should be able to buy tickets online through ComedyUnderground.com by next week. The event is still listed online as "Dartanion London & Friends" but we are working on getting that changed. Also, tickets will be available at the door. And yes, I fully expect my mom to make an appearance.

Did you think the link was funny?

Ouch. Sorry Adam. You seem nice and I tried, but even the audience didn't laugh or clap. Maybe I just don't get it.

Haha, its fine bluebird. It's not my favorite clip either. Just a sampling of recent material I had to put together for a recent project.

And to make matters worse, the club didn't have the crowd mics turned on so any laughter/clapter (and yes there WAS some...I know, I know, excuses, excuses) was muted. So any laughs faintly heard was coming through the on-stage mic. Admittedly, not the best tape to use to promote myself, but hey, it is what it is.

Not a direct answer to your question but I thought Adam might be an interesting story so I interviewed him late yesterday - look for that later tonight, hope to start writing the story after knocking out another thing or two. (amended at 5:06 am Tues.) Almost done, running later this morning.

Hey guys!

I want to thank everyone who came out last night and made DeKonstruction such a success! We completely sold out the Undergrad and then some, packing in close to 200 people on a Wednesday night. It was truly an amazing night. Got to meet lots of people and overall had a really amazing night.

Thanks to everyone who came down! See you again next year!
