THANK YOU for being the middleman and getting bacon for so many blog readers. You really went above and beyond, and the sign on the car was hilarious. If photography doesn't work out, maybe you can be a bacon dealer. :-)
We just had BLTs for dinner (minus lettuce -- forgot it at the store -- and plus swiss) on chewy como bread. Absolutely AMAZING.
... tomorrow night we pop popcorn in bacon grease!

I passed on the bacon because of nitrates but really look forward to the Foodie News on this.

We are going to have it for breakfast tomorrow. I have Challah bread and now I have BACON!!!!
I have talked zenguy into using this bacon for his deviled eggs for the get together..
ok i shamelessly bribed him...
i am so focused on the d....d deviled eggs that i haven't thought about what i'm bringing:(

anybody going to post a photo? we were occupied elsewhere, I'm sorry to say, and while Junior Member waxed enthusiastic about the bacon concept when I gave him the Cliff's Notes version, we never did get around to placing an order ...
I'd hate to see Junior Member disappointed, especially at Christmas time. I expect we might be able to rustle up an extra pound of bacon if someone from WSB headquarters was to do a drive-by at the Morgan Junction delivery location (southern end of the Thriftway parking lot closest to the McDonalds) tomorrow night between 6:30 and 7:00.

Yes, indeed, thank you, CJB! We don't have bacon often, certainly not *artisan* bacon, so I'm holding out to see the best recipes that come in before I make a decision what to do with ours. ;)
Thanks - he'll live - at that hour I will be frantically liveblogging the nontelevised school board work session in Sodo while P and T will be at the concurrent school building meeting at threatened-with-closure Arbor Heights. But if anybody brings a camera, get one of CJB and the bacon delivery wagon!!!! Post it to the WSB Flickr group and/or here!

Cj-I could pick up a pound for junior member and then drop it by when they aren't so busy covering meetings. I am home pretty much all day long for now.
I'd like to see a picture of the bacon!
