Wise Orchid Martial Arts is hosting a Free Intro to Tai Chi class at the Hall at Fauntleroy in the Seattle Civic Dance Theatre Studio downstairs, 9131 California Ave. SW, (entrance off of Director St.)

Say yes to starting the New Year cultivating health, strength, balance, and inner peace. You are invited to come connect deeper with yourself and others in this free introductory class.
Sifu Viola Brumbaugh has worked with individuals, businesses and social organizations sharing Tai Chi and QiGong to bring positive change through renewed energy, joy, focus, and flow.
All are welcome, no experience or fitness level required. In this class, everyone is personally guided to practice at their own pace and level. Comfortable, loose fitting clothes suggested. Indoor only shoes or bare feet allowed inside the studio space.
You can expect to go away feeling revitalized and relaxed having been guided through a full body workout that is simple yet complete.
