We LOVE Pet Elements too. They always go out of their way to be helpful. A few years ago I had a senior dog with some pretty bad digestive issues. She was already eating one of their good brand dog foods, but it wasn't quite agreeing with her. They sent us home with tons of samples to try until we found one that agreed with her. They are wonderful!

That place is AWESOME! That staff is so friendly and they have came through for me so many times. They are the only place I go for pet supplies and cannot rave enough about their business - support local businesses, they do so much more than any major chain could ever do. MUCH LOVE GUYS!!

1. Forgot my wallet but had no cat food, they let me pay next time I was in.

2. Last years snow storm...saw one of their staff in Thriftway buying lunch and asked them what time they were closing because I needed cat food. "Regular hours" was the response. They ended up closing early but Paul knew what my cat ate and trudged over to Thriftway and dropped off my cat's food.

3. They were completely out of my cat's brand of dry food and were not anticipating a delivery until the next week - they gave me almost all of their samples of my kitty's food so she could get through the week.

They have a customer for life!

I also want to comment about how nice and kind the people are at Pet Elements. This summer I was out walking my dog and baby and I collared a dog running loose. I was able to contact the owner who was at work and he made arrangements to pick up the wayward pup. Anyway, I walked back to Pet Elements to wait and the staff was so nice and offered to hold the dog until the owner arrived. They provided treats and comforting words to the doggy and let me borrow a spare leash. You miss out on that type of treatment when you go to the big box stores or supermarkets. They are such a great addition to the neighborhood. Hopefully people continue to patronize small places like this so they can continue to operate.

Pet Elements is my go to pet store. They are amazing humans. When I first moved to West Seattle, one of the employees there dog sat (and still does). My dog got out while in her care (not her fault) and she got the entire city out on a search and found my dog. They are the kindest and greatest people!

Three woofs & meows for Pet Elements! They are also great animal supporters, sponsoring adoption events for cats and dogs. Plus they are a regular drop off for Furry Faces Foundations different, crazy pet food, towel and puppy mill victim drives. We appreciate and love them. F3

I usually buy my pet food and supplies at Pet Elements because I think they are pretty super in general. But they even surpassed their regular high standards in customer service last Friday.

I had my 2 kids in the car (1 and 3 years old) and we were running errands. Pet Elements was one of our last stops. We were about ready to park in front of their store like we usually do, but some utility work was going on, so there were "No Parking" signs everywhere. And then it started raining. My kids were tired of running errands. But the dogs and cat need to eat. So I called Pet Elements from the car and asked if I could place an order. Paul was there by himself but he was very agreeable and wrote down my large order. Then I pulled the car around and stopped in front and Paul brought out my whole order with my giant bags of pet food, took my credit card inside and brought the receipt out to my car for me to sign. It was so awesome. I didn't have to get my cranky kids out of the car in the rain and the animals still got to eat. Win, win!
