<description><p>West Seattle architecture firm located in the Alaska Junction is looking for an experienced full-time Office Manager/Executive Assistant to run our administrative and accounting operations.  Applicants should have at least 3-5 years experience, preferably with a design or development firm, and with strong organizational and management skills.  Position available immediately.</p>
<p>Main responsibilities:<br />
•	Bookkeeping (AP, AR, Payroll, Taxes)<br />
•	Contracts, proposals, licensing, insurance, subscriptions<br />
•	Human resources / benefits package management<br />
•	Office management<br />
•	Market &#38; publications</p>
<p>Must be able to multi-task, delegate, manage their time, and be detail oriented.  Knowledge of Quickbooks and full MS Office Suite required.  Preference given to applicants with BigTime experience.   </p>
