All Star is a better option in terms of “easy”. The lap swim times at Southwest are inconvenient IMO, especially right now with early morning lap swim closed for high school practice. If you go to All Star frequently enough, it’s a much better deal than Seattle Parks & Rec, plus I think ASF generally has lap lanes available all day long. I haven’t been a member for a long time now, but am tempted to rejoin based on convenience and price.
