Heinz, if you don't get the sheet pans, or they aren't the size you are looking for, you might try the restaurant supply stores. They are all sitting on a lot of stock from all the restaurants that have been closing the last few years, I found 4 brand new half-sheet pans in the used equipment section at Dick's for only a couple of $'s each. Used stock changes frequently, so it's worth checking with them frequently. There is also a bakery supply a bit further N. up 1st Av. across from S'bucks. I haven't been in there yet, but I'm sure you could find something there.

What a generous offer. I would love to get my hands on a couple of the smaller and one of the larger cookie sheets. Are we talking 1/4 sheets & 1/2 sheets or 1/2 sheet and whole sheet pan sizes? I grew up in a restaurant and have been thinking I needed to find a restaurant supply store to get some good baking sheets. I'm frustrated with what I find at regular stores I'd love to save a trip and a few bucks that could be better spent elsewhere.

My email address is dstubblefield1@gmail.com. I receive messages directly to my blackberry. Write me and we can coordinate pick-up. Im available most days before 2:30, and my husband is available in the evenings. Hoping to try and get it picked up by the weekend, as we're preparing the room for a baby! Thanks!

I have the following things that I'd like to offer at no charge to WSBers. The catch is: you have to take it all. I want it gone in one fair swoop! So here's what you'll get:

*1 Cambro food warmer. Bought a year ago for $100. Non-electric. Used literally once.

*8 standard size and 2 double size industrial grade cookie sheets. For use in the food warmer!

*2 very large steel mixing bowls. And I mean very large. (You could wash a 20lb dog in them!)

*Oyster party serving bowls. Platter with electric warming pot. Never used.

*100 ketchup packets, 100 mustard packets, 100 white lunch sacks, 100 disposable utensil packets which include a fork, knife, napkin, salt, and pepper.

So there it is. Any takers?
