If anyone's on the fence, I just want to put in a good word for the Bureau. My dad began working there a year or so ago, and after just a few months became seriously, perhaps terminally, ill. His coworkers and supervisors have been amazing and much more supportive than what they were required to be when he had to go out on leave. Based on his experience, I would say if you want to work in a place where people care about one another as well as a job well done, you should apply.
