this is if you are offering a job, not advertising your business:

Per the rules at the top:

Hello!! I am unsure if you have found a person to fill this spot but I thought I would send you this incase you have not?! I am an experienced childcare provider with tons of experience and references. I have two little girls of my own - a five year old and a one year old. We just moved here from the Boston area where I had an in home day care for the past 5 years ( before that I worked in the public school system in a special ed pre-school room while finishing up my degree. We just moved here and are about to move into our new house ( we are staying with family until our move in date which is around the 1st of June). I am on the hunt for a little one around my daughters age to watch as it would be great for me to have someone for her to play with. So when I read that you were on the hunt I thought it might be a good fit. I could start immediately - at the moment we are new 47th and Erskin way and as of June will be right next to the West Seattle Bridge. Let me know if you would like to talk some more about the position (assuming you have not filled it!). We are out and about all the time - to parks, libraries, museums etc. . . thanks so much Jesse Sears

Hello! My wife and I are just on our way back to Alki after having just gotten married in New Orleans and I found out the hard way that my current Sony HDR can't handle the 24fps 1080p (DVCPro format I believe) it was shot in so I need to see if anyone would like to kill 3-4 hours hanging out at Bamboo over some drinks to help me get the video transferred to my drives so I can start editing. I'm willing to pay around $50 or so and buy drinks/appetizers for anyone who's interested! This should only be a one time thing with no real "work" involved other than switching tapes and hitting "capture". ;)
A Panasonic AG-HDX100 or HDV200 would be optimal as the video was shot on one or the other (I should have paid better attention but hey, it was my wedding!) but anything that can handle the format is totally fine of course!

Let me know and thanks in advance!

I am a Native Spanish Speaker from Central America and I don't think my English is so bad though. As I was saying, I meet all your requirements and have multiple certifications that include CPR, 1st Aid, Cleared WA state Background check and a degree on Early childhood education. Please contact me if you are interested. settlecat7@gmail.com.

David Leeds here - Founder & CEO of Tango Card. Sorry for leaving out valuable information. Yes, we are here in West Seattle. On 40th Ave SW, 2 blocks from the junction. Please contact me directly at david @ tangocard . com. Also, most of our funding did come from Bay Area firms. These firms got very (very) excited about what we are doing and moved quickly to invest in the company. We would have loved to have some participation from local firms, but things ultimatley did not work out that way. Also - thanks for the posts, the questions, and the tip to actually include my contact!

Hello! I'm looking for a nannying job for the summer.
I'm 20 years old and I have my own transportation. I have a lot of experience with nannying, and I would love to look after your little girl. I'm great with children, and I have a five year old sister, so I'm comfortable with children that age.
I'm very flexible and can start as soon as possible.
If you have any questions about my experience as a nanny, or want any references send me an email at katycarlile@comcast.net. :)

Tango Card - Role: Finance & HR Director

Tango Card is the first company to provide rewards as a service, RaaS™, to enterprise customers. Just as Salesforce moved CRM to the cloud, Tango Card is moving loyalty and rewards to the cloud – a $50 Billion dollar industry in the US alone. Tango Card has created the ideal rewards and loyalty platform for the modern, mobile, social enterprise. We're a 20 person team based in Seattle, we launched in late 2010, and have over 80 customers. We have filed 3 patents, have a fantastic pipeline, and are growing quickly. We recently completed a significant Series B and our stellar investor group now consists of Allegro Venture Partners, Floodgate Capital, Eric Schmidt’s Innovation Endeavors, SWaN and Legend partners, and WTI. We are looking to add a few absolutely critical people to our team.
-------------------------------------
We are looking to hire our first true finance professional to lead all key financial aspects of the company.

Responsibilities will include but certainly not be limited to:
1-	Planning responsibilities
a.	Lead annual plan – establish process, outline goals, collect inputs, create scenarios, engage individuals and teams to build final plan
b.	Provide regular what-if and scenario analysis to CEO, mgmt. team in support of operations, planning, and Board meetings
2-	Financial reporting & analysis
a.	Provide weekly financial results with analysis, assessment, top focus areas
b.	Provide monthly financial results with analysis, assessment, top focus areas
c.	Provide monthly financial reports (I/S, B/S, Cash flow statements) to investors and Board
3-	Accounting responsibilities
a.	Ensure revenue is flowing as expected – revenue recognition is appropriate
b.	Ensure A/R and inventory are correctly assessed and recorded
c.	Ensure Netsuite is fully utilized and is regularly and properly representing our results
d.	Running an annual process to have our financial results audited and certified
4-	Financial analysis
a.	Provide insights & recommendations based upon financial results
b.	Dashboards: create key dashboards for CEO, Board, ops, dev and other teams. Give these teams the information they need to track to plan, understand gaps to address, opportunities to take advantage of
c.	Other analysis: providing detailed tracking of option pool, grants, use of options, remaining options
5-	HR & Equity
a.	Work with internal counsel to create employee, consultant, and contractor agreements
b.	Work with CEO on all proposed option grants
c.	Work with external counsel to ensure all option grants are reported and tracked
d.	Lead 409A option value processes. Work with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Experience & Background
1-	At least 5 years directly doing the key responsibilities above. We need someone that has done these things and is an expert, not someone that is learning how to do these.
2-	At least a 4-year University Degree, and preferably an MBA, CFA, or other relevant post-graduate studies in this area.
3-	Experience with a start-up or a company with fewer than 30 people. It is critical to have worked in a small and dynamic environment where you end up wearing different hats and helping out in different areas beyond the core job description.
4-	Direct experience with Netsuite, option tracking software, other key efficiency tools.
5-	Direct experience managing a full financial audit process

Cultural fit
1-	There has to be a strong fit with our culture. Key elements that define Tango Card’s culture:
a.	We set a higher standard in everything we do
b.	We delight our external customers and keep our focus externally
c.	We have a sense of urgency
d.	We have a positive, can do attitude
e.	We are great at setting and meeting commitments
f.	We win or lose as a team, not as individuals

(Fauntleroy ferry area) It would be for 3-4 yr olds, 2 mornings a week (9:00 to 1:00pm). Our rates would be comparable to a co-op. We would start in November. We would like to know if there is an existing interest (NO OBLIGATION) at this time. Please respond if you think this would be something you would be interested in. Depending on the response, we will communicate again no later than August.

Hello Sheila,

I'm a 60-year-old grandmother looking for a nanny position in West Seattle. I am a long time West Seattle resident, energetic, fit and healthy. I love children and pets and they like me. I am stable and responsible, have my own transportation, and have never been in an accident. I do not have formal experience in child care, but have raised my own child and been auntie and babysitter to many. I am phasing out of my career, but not ready or able to retire. I can perform all of the duties as well as provide a nurturing and fun environment for your little guy. I can provide you with many professional and personal references. I am willing to take a CPR class (have taken them in the past, could use a refresher). I am an active person and love the outdoors. My TV is rarely turned on, mostly I like to watch Masterpiece Theatre on Sunday night. I love to sing and play and my nephews call me the "fun" aunt. If you are interested, perhaps we could meet for coffee to see if there is a fit. I understand that you are looking for a one-year commitment.

Thank you,

Linda

Elyse: Maybe you'd be interested in hosting an Italian soccer player? Please see below for a fantastic opportunity:

Otherwise, there might be opportunities to converse with them while they are here. You can follow them at http://www.acseattle.com and might even want to "sponsor" the team for tickets to their games?
