Camp Second Chance Community Advisory Committee @ Arrowhead Gardens

The Community Advisory Committee for Camp Second Chance will meet first Sundays at Arrowhead Gardens’ Welcome Center. The meetings are open to the public. Camp operator Polly Trout of Patacara Community Services explains:

The purpose of this committee is to ensure good communication between the camp and the surrounding neighborhoods, so we can all work together for a safe and equitable neighborhood. Our goals at Camp Second Chance are: to be a safe and ethical community for people suffering from homelessness, to be good neighbors to both housed and unhoused people in our neighborhood, and to move participants up and out of homelessness as quickly as possible.

South Delridge Community Group meeting @ 3.14 Bakery

The South Delridge Community Group consists of concerned, motivated neighbors who have come together to create a vibrant community and provide a voice for the neighborhood within the city of Seattle. It will provide leadership in addressing community needs and communicate with governmental agencies in an effort to represent our interests. The South Delridge Community Group encourages neighbors to know one another and to participate within our community.

We meet the third Sunday of every month (except December and August) at 10 am. Right now, we are meeting at 3.14 Bakery, 9602 16th SW, just south of Roxbury. We hope to nail down a more-permanent space in the near future. We also sponsor monthly clean-up efforts within our neighborhood on the second Saturday of every month (except December) at 10 am. We have already logged in more than 250 volunteer hours! We are very proud of our active participation and look forward to expanding our volunteer activities. The Community Advisory Committee for Camp Second Chance will meet first Sundays at Arrowhead Gardens’ Welcome Center. The meetings are open to the public. Camp operator Polly Trout of Patacara Community Services explains:

The purpose of this committee is to ensure good communication between the camp and the surrounding neighborhoods, so we can all work together for a safe and equitable neighborhood. Our goals at Camp Second Chance are: to be a safe and ethical community for people suffering from homelessness, to be good neighbors to both housed and unhoused people in our neighborhood, and to move participants up and out of homelessness as quickly as possible.

The Community Advisory Committee for Camp Second Chance will meet first Sundays at Arrowhead Gardens’ Welcome Center. The meetings are open to the public. Camp operator Polly Trout of Patacara Community Services explains:

The purpose of this committee is to ensure good communication between the camp and the surrounding neighborhoods, so we can all work together for a safe and equitable neighborhood. Our goals at Camp Second Chance are: to be a safe and ethical community for people suffering from homelessness, to be good neighbors to both housed and unhoused people in our neighborhood, and to move participants up and out of homelessness as quickly as possible.

Our goals at Camp Second Chance are: to be a safe and ethical community for people suffering from homelessness, to be good neighbors to both housed and unhoused people in our neighborhood, and to move participants up and out of homelessness as quickly as possible.

The Community Advisory Committee for Camp Second Chance will meet first Sundays at Arrowhead Gardens’ Welcome Center. The meetings are open to the public. Camp operator Polly Trout of Patacara Community Services explains:

The purpose of this committee is to ensure good communication between the camp and the surrounding neighborhoods, so we can all work together for a safe and equitable neighborhood. Our goals at Camp Second Chance are: to be a safe and ethical community for people suffering from homelessness, to be good neighbors to both housed and unhoused people in our neighborhood, and to move participants up and out of homelessness as quickly as possible.

Our goals at Camp Second Chance are: to be a safe and ethical community for people suffering from homelessness, to be good neighbors to both housed and unhoused people in our neighborhood, and to move participants up and out of homelessness as quickly as possible.

We meet the 2nd Tuesday of each month at The Sanctuary at Admiral from 7 – 8:30 PM. Join us for our next meeting, all are welcome!

The Admiral Neighborhood Association (ANA) is comprised of residents, business people, and others who care about the environmental, economic and social sustainability of our Admiral neighborhood. We believe in maintaining the quality of life we have come to enjoy, and exist to serve our neighbors and our community.
