Denny/Sealth Winter Jazz Performance @ Great American Diner and Bar
Jan 18 @ 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm

We are excited to invite you to our Winter jazz performance on January 18th. We will be performing at the Great American Diner in the West Seattle Junction. The concert will start at 6 pm and feature performances by the Denny Jazz Ensemble, Chief Sealth Jazz Ensemble, and our amazing SRJO coaching staff. And the end of the night, there will be an open jam session in which students will have the opportunity to perform on stage with the SRJO jazz scholars.

This performance is free to all families and food and beverages will be available for purchase at the diner. This event also serves as a fundraiser for the SRJO Jazz Scholars program, but families are not obligated to contribute. We look forward to seeing you for this exciting night of jazz music.

2) JEFF McCORD – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – SOUTHWEST SEATTLE HISTORICAL SOCIETY
New Executive Director of the Southwest Seattle Historical Society, whom many of you probably already know, will update us on the happenings with the society and at the museum.

3) HIAWATHA SUMMER CONCERT SERIES
Committee Chair Stephanie Jordan, along with other committee members, will begin discussions/planning for this year’s series.

4) OFFICER NOMINATIONS & ELECTIONS

5) VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

New Executive Director of the Southwest Seattle Historical Society, whom many of you probably already know, will update us on the happenings with the society and at the museum.

3) HIAWATHA SUMMER CONCERT SERIES
Committee Chair Stephanie Jordan, along with other committee members, will begin discussions/planning for this year’s series.

New Executive Director of the Southwest Seattle Historical Society, whom many of you probably already know, will update us on the happenings with the society and at the museum.

3) HIAWATHA SUMMER CONCERT SERIES
Committee Chair Stephanie Jordan, along with other committee members, will begin discussions/planning for this year’s series.

4) OFFICER NOMINATIONS & ELECTIONS

New Executive Director of the Southwest Seattle Historical Society, whom many of you probably already know, will update us on the happenings with the society and at the museum.

3) HIAWATHA SUMMER CONCERT SERIES
Committee Chair Stephanie Jordan, along with other committee members, will begin discussions/planning for this year’s series.

1) COUNCILMEMBER LISA HERBOLD
Seattle City Councilmember Lisa Herbold will provide an update on issues of importance to Admiral such as Councilmember Herbold’s priorities for 2018, and the future of neighborhood support from City of Seattle.

2) JEFF McCORD – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – SOUTHWEST SEATTLE HISTORICAL SOCIETY
New Executive Director of the Southwest Seattle Historical Society, whom many of you probably already know, will update us on the happenings with the society and at the museum.

3) HIAWATHA SUMMER CONCERT SERIES
Committee Chair Stephanie Jordan, along with other committee members, will begin discussions/planning for this year’s series.

4) OFFICER NOMINATIONS & ELECTIONS
● TREASURER (open position)
● VICE PRESIDENT. (open position)
5) VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
● EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION ADMIRAL HUB CAPTAIN

New Executive Director of the Southwest Seattle Historical Society, whom many of you probably already know, will update us on the happenings with the society and at the museum.

3) HIAWATHA SUMMER CONCERT SERIES
Committee Chair Stephanie Jordan, along with other committee members, will begin discussions/planning for this year’s series.

4) OFFICER NOMINATIONS & ELECTIONS

We welcome our Admiral neighbors to our first meeting of 2018 where we again have a full agenda to address a variety of issues of interest to all.

1) COUNCILMEMBER LISA HERBOLD
Seattle City Councilmember Lisa Herbold will provide an update on issues of importance to Admiral such as Councilmember Herbold’s priorities for 2018, and the future of neighborhood support from City of Seattle.

2) JEFF McCORD – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – SOUTHWEST SEATTLE HISTORICAL SOCIETY
New Executive Director of the Southwest Seattle Historical Society, whom many of you probably already know, will update us on the happenings with the society and at the museum.

3) HIAWATHA SUMMER CONCERT SERIES
Committee Chair Stephanie Jordan, along with other committee members, will begin discussions/planning for this year’s series.

4) OFFICER NOMINATIONS & ELECTIONS
● TREASURER (open position)
● VICE PRESIDENT. (open position)
5) VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
● EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION ADMIRAL HUB CAPTAIN
● ADMIRAL CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS COMMITTEE CHAIRPERSON
If you are interested in being either an Officer or Volunteer, or know of someone who might be interested, please consider: (1) coming to the meeting to nominate yourself/volunteer, (2) encourage the person you think might be a good fit to come to the meeting to be nominated/volunteer, or (3) contact President Larry Wymer (Larry@LarryWymerTE.com) prior to the meeting to discuss.

6) ANA BY-LAWS UPDATES
The current board (consisting of newly re-elected President Larry Wymer and newly re-elected Treasurer) will be presenting proposed by-law updates.
