People of all ages and skill levels are welcome to join in or observe a tai chi practice session led by West Seattle martial arts instructor Restita De Jesus, founder of Seattle Wushu Center. The annual celebration of World Tai Chi Qi Gong Day is both moving and inspiring. People from more than 70 nations in hundreds of cities and all 50 U.S. states come together to wrap the world in a global tai chi and qigong movement and teach the health benefits of these ancient Chinese practices.

Garden is located on the South Seattle College (WSB sponsor) campus, 6000 16th Avenue SW (North entrance and parking lot). In the event of rain, session will be in the nearby Chan Education Center.
