On Saturday, October 20, 2012, 2–3:30 pm at the Delridge Library: This workshop offered in partnership with the Washington Toxics Coalition will teach you how to whip up basic cleaners for your home with safer ingredients you probably already have in your pantry! You will receive a sheet of recipes at the end of the class.
Why waste time puzzling over unpronounceable chemicals in your cleaning products when you can make your own for a fraction of the price?
Library events and programs are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is not required.
This program is part of the 2012 Urban Self-Reliance Series: check out free classes throughout the month of October at one of The Seattle Public Library locations near you!
