There is at Alaska Junction. A group of young men who hoot and holler as an easy way to communicate throughout the neighborhood. They yell all night long, into the very early morning hours. They are located blocks away from each other.
It has gotten so bad residents are yelling “shut-up!” out of their widows at 3 am.
    Gang bangers.
Can the police please set up a sting around Cal and Alaska on a Saturday night and get these fools off the streets?
REALLY, they yell ALL night long, for hours and hours.

Louise – please come tonight and tell police about this. They probably won’t see a comment on a calendar item. You don’t have to speak in front of the entire meeting – you can also talk to someone afterward. Sounds like a Community Police Team situation (you can find contact info on the SPD website).
