The Port of Seattle, acting as the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Lead Agency, is conducting an environmental review of proposed changes to Terminal 5. This review is being documented in an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). The project proponents are the Port of Seattle and the Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA), a marine cargo partnership between the Port of Seattle and the Port of Tacoma.

Currently, a Draft EIS is available for the community’s review and comment. The Port of Seattle looks forward to receiving your input on the Draft EIS during the 30-day comment period from Monday, May 23 to Tuesday, June 21.
