Two work parties to install native plant pollinator gardens at STEM K8 school. The gardens are located in two of the courtyards facing Delridge Way SW.

Event details:
Saturday May 7th, 9 am-1 pm AND Saturday May 21st, 9 am-1 pm
Tools, donuts and coffee will be provided! Bring water and a snack. Everyone is welcome! We are hoping to bring in folks from the community in addition to school families!

INFORMATION ABOUT OUR POLLINATOR GARDEN

Our goals:
~ Create habitat for native pollinators such as bees, butterflies, moths and hummingbirds.
~ Create outdoor classroom
~ Educate the public about the necessity of pollinators
~ Improve the Delridge Neighborhood

The project is funded by a Find It, Fix It Grant from the City of Seattle and a generous donation of compost from Cedar Grove.
