Thank goodness for spring because now it’s time to have some fun! Fresh Alaskan halibut has arrived! But what do you do with this beautiful, delicate, flaky, white fish? Join Salty’s executive chefs and Recipe Tester Celeste Stubner for Halibut 101, a hands-on class that combines fresh, clean, bright, spring flavors with this versatile fish. As usual, we get a little messy from time to time, but it truly is a good time. With each course, you will also enjoy a perfectly paired wine chosen by our two-time winning Washington Sommelier of the Year Tim O’Brien. Here’s your menu:

Halibut with Mango Ceviche
Pan Seared Halibut with Cucumber and Cilantro Slaw
Pan Seared Halibut with Fresh Mint and Basil Gremolata
