In this half-day playshop, we will dive into activities that bring our awareness to what we create from fear. Then we will shift our focus from fear to creating fun thus opening ourselves up to reinventing our lives. The activities are a mix of improv games and scenes, and activities that engage our body’s intelligence for full expression. No experience necessary.

If yes, then join us in improv games and mind/body centering activities as we play and uncover old unconscious patterns and stories. Then we’ll apply the simple “Yes, And” rule of improv: We’ll say YES to them, and dive in adding humour and fun. Then we’ll add the AND to create a new story of our choosing.

I use presence and play to facilitate the discovery of what you really want. Then we use improv to practice co-creating your dreams so that you can experience the feeling of receiving what you really want.
