Wednesday Feb 10th Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Team in Training Information meeting 7 pm: We are thinking ahead to our race, the Float Dodger 5k. As many of you know, our chosen charity is the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Lori has coached for the team in training program over the years, getting athletes ready to tackle an endurance race (half or full marathon). Most importantly is that it is all about raising funds to further research for treatments for blood cancers. The medications and treatments that this program has created have far-reaching and life-saving influence. The true heroes are the participants that sign up to further the mission. We need you to change the world. And it happens every training season!

With all this in mind, we are so excited and pleased to announce an informational meeting. Come and hear about the program from the wonderful staff at LLS. We will have the meeting after completing the group run on Wednesday night (you do not have to do the run to attend the meeting). We will have some refreshments and fun. One thing I must mention is that fun and lifelong friendships come from this program!!!!
