Happening at West Seattle’s CrossFit Loft:

Announcing our second annual Gains for Good competition Hosted by Loft Nation, Sunday January 10th from 10:30 am–4 pm. Please join us in our efforts to raise money to help a local family and business owners of Click! Design That Fits (WSB sponsor), John and Frances Smersh. Frances was recently diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimers, a disease that progresses quickly. Through this event, we will be raising money to help Frances and her husband John pay for the current and looming medical expenses and eventual full time care. We are raising money to give them time to be together.

This year’s event will include a fitness competition performed in same gender or mixed gender pairs. All proceeds from the event will go to assisting the family with medical and personal expenses incurred throughout this process.

Donations will also be accepted at the the event. Food, drinks, shirts, and the Seahawks game will all be a part of the event as well.
