Join the Family Resource Center on Tuesdays from 10:30-11:30 for our free Enrichment programs offered in partnership with the Woodland Park Zoo, Seattle Art Museum, Seattle Aquarium, Seattle Children’s Theatre, and Seattle Parks and Recreation Department. Programs are designed for children 3 to 5 years old; however, children of all ages are welcome to attend with their parents or caregivers.

On Tuesday, January 23rd – Explore the elements of art with educators from the Seattle Art Museum! Children will explore an image of an artwork by Jacob Lawrence while learning about color, line, and shape. During story time, we’ll read a book to learn more about colors and how they mix. Then children will have a chance to make their own artwork – an elements of art book of their own so they can keep the fun going at home!
