At the Southwest Library: Story-eating bandit on the loose! We need your juiciest of stories. Come to a workshop for ages 7 to 11 for hands-on bookmaking + science + storytelling.

El Bibliobandido workshop is about paper, acting, online, and digital storycrafting. It is based in the legend of El Bibliobandido (or “Book Bandit”), a ravenous, story-eating bandit that pesters kids to write and offer him fresh-baked stories. Through character and art kids will practice to create art, write stories, and use technology to make them come to life.

Library events and programs are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is not required.

Space is limited at library events. Please come early to make sure you get a seat. Due to the fire code, we can’t exceed the maximum capacity for our rooms.
