Sunday, April 22nd, 2-3:30 p.m. an Earth Day Concert: The Alaska Suite, composed by local jazz musician Nelda Swiggett and performed by the Nelda Swiggett Quintet. A multimedia presentation celebrating the beauty of Alaska, alerting us to the current impacts of climate change there, and offering hope for the future. Includes poetry and a chance for the audience to share their actions to mitigate climate change. Held at Westside Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 7141 California Ave. SW. FREE ADMISSION.
