As a volunteer at this site, you will be part of Duwamish Alive!, a restoration and cleanup event working to make lasting improvements at over 12 sites in the Duwamish Watershed. This is the 10th year of this volunteer effort to make a positive impact within our community while learning about our local environment. Duwamish Alive! is a collaborative effort of local communities, municipalities, non-profits, and businesses to preserve and enhance habitat for people and wildlife towards improving the health of the Puget Sound. Restoration events are held twice a year. Learn more: http://www.duwamishalive.org/index.html
