Are you new to West Seattle or the rest of the Duwamish peninsula? Have you been here awhile but want to get more connected or know more about where you live?

Come join us! Be a part of building the future while honoring the past.

The Southwest Seattle Historical Society is hosting a fun-filled informational gathering from 3:30 to 4:30 pm Sunday, March 13, 2016.

It will take place at our “Birthplace of Seattle” Log House Museum, just one blocks south of the Statue of Liberty replica on Alki Beach.

You may be the lucky winner of a raffle drawing!

If you have ever thought about volunteering, becoming a member, or just wanting to learn about supporting our work, this is a great opportunity. And you may be the lucky winner of a drawing!

Find out how our historical society is involved in preserving and sharing the Duwamish peninsula’s history and how you can become an integral part of our team.
