You are encouraged to BYO apron.
Join us for a hands-on workshop where we’ll learn to make challah, a delicious fluffy braided egg bread. You’ll learn the entire process from flour to loaf: mixing, kneading, rising, baking and we’ll learn several dough braiding techniques (three, four and six-strand loaves). We’ll provide all the ingredients and you’ll make your very own loaf to take home, warm out of the oven! We’ll also learn to make a yummy dip (such as hummus, baba ganouj or tzatziki) while we wait for the dough to rise. BYO apron.
