Get creative, have fun and win prizes! Unleash your creativity with other local teens in this festival designed and run by local Teen Service Learning volunteers! Artists in Action at the Southwest Branch Library is a time just for teens 11-18 to meet up, hang out, and get creative. We’ll provide the art supplies, and you can create your masterpiece. At the end prizes will be awarded to participating teens! Come alone or bring your friends.

We’ll have pizza, music, art supplies, and prizes! Come ready to be creative and relax in this teen-designed program.

Teen Service Learning is a volunteer program for high school students who are at least 14 years old. Service learning enables teen volunteers to serve the community through collaborative projects and mentorship. If you’d like to join Teen Service Learning, check out this website for more information or talk to the Southwest Teen Librarian.

Library events and programs are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is not required.

Space is limited at library events. Please come early to make sure you get a seat. Due to the fire code, we can’t exceed the maximum capacity for our rooms.
