This presentation will cover the different ways to increase sales with your existing customers as well as finding new ones. It will explore the role marketing plays in increasing your sales. There are basically eight steps of a sale. We will walk through each of the steps so you can determine where to focus your time and resources to successfully grow your sales.

Barney Cohen has more than 40 years of experience in starting and operating businesses. From a single record store, he built one of the largest wholesalers of prerecorded music in the world. Once Valley Media reached $900 million in sales, he decided to take the company public. He now helps small and medium sized businesses manage their growth and take their companies to the next level. He teaches business tune-up classes, delivers presentations and workshops on specific business topics, and does business consulting. Barney has an undergraduate degree from Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio and an Executive MBA from Harvard University. He is the past president of the National Association of Recording
Merchandisers (NARM).
