  1. Had a lovely meal at Bang Bar this evening. Service was excellent and friendly. One order of Lamb Satay and Pad Thai [ with the crab of course ] was plenty for 2 people. And to find a decent glass of wine for $5.00 in a good restaurant is a nice surprise.

  2. My husband and I came into the Bang Bar several weeks back. Service was friendly if inattentive. We probably would have had a second round of cocktails if the bartender had been more on top of his game and may have ordered some more food. The happy hour items were reasonably priced. Wish I could say the same for the rest of their menu. The fact that they deliver would be very appealing if they were more affordable. The crab rangoon that we ordered was also cold in the middle. Had great flavor, but I expected it to be warm all the way through.

  3. A group of friends usually go somewhere in the junction for dinner prior to opening night plays at ArtsWest. We have found Bang Bar to be very accommodating–sitting us together near the back, getting us out by 7 PM, taking very careful care of us! We love it :)

  4. Terrible service – dirty dishes and rude waitresses. Food is good but pricey. We will only do take out from now on. Left a comment form and never heard back from them. We were first told when they opened they would deliver to the house then when we ordered take out they said no. We will be looking to spend out money somewhere else.

  5. I had an outstanding meal there in mid-February with friends. Great service. Yes, a little more expensive than one expects in a Thai restaurant but the food is fantastic.

  6. They have heard those of you who thought they were a little pricey. Have started a new menu with more traditional Thai dishes at more reasonable prices. They are extremely customer friendly and the quality of the ingredients they use is very, very good
