The month of April has been designated Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM). Let’s join the conversation and help raise awareness while getting a great work out at Fit & Fierce WOMEN’S SELF-DEFENSE BOOTCAMP!

Seattle Integrated Martial Arts will be conducting this 4 week class starting Sunday, April 7th. In honor of SAAM, we will be opening with a special women’s one and a half hour Personal Awareness & Self-Defense Class. Hours of the first class will be extended, from 1:30-4:15 pm with a suggested $20 donation. All proceeds will go to the non-profit organization RAINN, The nations largest anti-sexual violence organization.

The following classes will be from 3:00-4:15 pm every Sunday in April. The cost of this class is $45. If you bring a buddy, we have a Buddy Up Discount- 2nd person is only $25! We are also offering a drop in rate for $15 per class. This class is open to the public.
