“The Little Dog Laughed,” the newest production at ArtsWest Playhouse and Gallery, opens January 22nd and runs until February 16th with performances at 7:30 pm Wednesdays through Saturdays and at 3 pm on Saturday and Sunday*. More from ArtsWest:

ArtsWest Playhouse and Gallery is pleased to present “The Little Dog Laughed.” Five-time Tony nominated Playwright Douglas Carter Beane takes us on the tangy ride of Mitchell Green, a movie star who would have it all if he didn’t have that wee problem of keeping his “slightly recurring case of homosexuality” under wraps. Throw in the crass agent, the darling rent boy who has stolen Mitchell’s heart, and the rent boy’s girlfriend – what the rent boy has a girl? Pour over ice and you will be served up a deep shot glass of witty banter and risqué humor.
