Come to the Southwest Branch Library for Teen Space Presents: Game On!:

Need a space to be creative and have fun? Come to Teen Space, it’s a time just for teens to meet up and hang out! This month we’ll be hanging out and playing video and board games.

Teen Space at the Southwest Branch is a time set aside just for teens ages 12-18 to meet up and hang out. Why not get out of the house for a while and head to the library? Come alone or bring your friends — then make new friends!

We’ll have snacks (a must), music, board games and supplies to do art or homework. Plus, this month we will be getting some game time moveing with the music, competing in the olympics, hoverboard racing, and cheering on other gamers. Try out our new games for the XBox and Wii: Punch Out!!, Wii Sports Resort, Legend of Zelda, FIFA Soccer 13, Marvel vs Capcom 3, and more! Whether you are a gaming expert or a newbie, here is your chance to get some game time.

Whatever we’re doing, we’re sure you’ll help us keep it interesting. Teen Space = a time for you to be creative and have fun, all for free.

Library events and programs are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is not required.
