On Monday, April 28, 2014, 6:30–7:30 pm, everyone is invited to the West Seattle (Admiral) Library’s preview lecture of Seattle Opera’s upcoming production of “The Tales of Hoffmann.”

Join us for a multimedia lecture to preview Seattle Opera’s upcoming production of Jacques Offenbach’s opéra fantastique, “The Tales of Hoffmann.”

Offenbach weaves three stories into one opera, presented by an endlessly-inventive poet who regales his drinking buddies with stories of romancing three fantastic women while a trio of colorful villains foils his efforts at every turn.
