You are invited to attend the First Public Meeting of Development Standards Departure Advisory Committee for Genesee Hill Elementary School

Topic: The focus of the meeting is Seattle School District’s request for a waiver (departure) from some city zoning regulations for the construction of a new Genesee Hill Elementary School. Waivers have been requested for greater than allowed height and continued on-street bus loading.

This meeting is being held by the City of Seattle Department of Neighborhoods and will include a brief presentation and opportunity for public comment.
