A Juried Show of Seattle Chinese Garden Images
from Morning Rays to Moon Glow
at the Chan Education Center at South Seattle Community College (WSB sponsor) (north entrance).

Saturday, February 15, 7–9 pm

Join Garden friends to close Chinese New Year festivities with dessert, tea or wine, and traditional music. See the juried show of amazing photos from the summer 2013 workshop led by Ray Pfortner — and meet the photographers. At 8 pm, we we’ll toast the full moon and beloved poet Li Bai, and draw winning raffle tickets for five matted photo prints. Then, if the weather spirits are beaming, take part in a procession to see Knowing the Spring Courtyard lit by Chinese lanterns and the full moon — magical. Admission is free, but donations are appreciated.

The photo show runs from February 15 through Summer 2014 in the Chan Education Center. To visit on a Tuesday through Friday, noon to 5 pm, please check in at the SCG office in the Chan Center. The exhibit will be open on selected Saturday and Sunday afternoons to be determined. Visit www.seattlechinesegarden.org for updates.
