From Salty’s on Alki (WSB sponsor):
Aloha! It’s been a brilliant, sunny summer here in the northern hemisphere and we want to thank you for your patronage: Mahalo (Hawaiian for Thank you)! Come back to Salty’s on Tuesday, September 23, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, to celebrate the sun crossing the celestial equator. Enjoy our chefs’ Hawaiian-themed menu of Polynesian flavors with a Salty’s twist while you listen to live music and sip tropical cocktails and gaze at our amazing views. Stay for the sunset finale at 8:00 pm with a Polynesian band playing island tunes complete with hula dancers to bid Mahalo to another fabulous summer at Salty’s.
The party is from 6:00 to 8:00 pm with live music playing. The True Romans play for you from 5:30 to 8:00 pm. It’s time to break out your favorite tacky Hawaiian shirt, grass skirt and coconut shell bikini because this is one luau you won’t want to miss. The party will be held outside on our waterfront decks or inside depending on the weather gods (please send all weather prayers to the Hawaiian god Lono).
