Lu’au dinner fundraiser for Youngstown youth music

Please join us Saturday November 16th, from 6-9 pm at the Youngstown Cultural Arts Center, for a traditional Lu’au celebration to benefit Totem Star’s youth programming at Youngstown.

Your ticket includes authentic and delicious Hawaiian food and drink, as well as a full evening of performances, including music from Totem Star co-founders Daniel Pak and Thaddeus Turner, youth poets/musicians, and a Hula troupe.

Chef David Dekker, executive chef at Safeco Field and Centerplate, will provide the night’s menu including teriyaki chicken, kalua pig, salmon, salad, fruit, rice, sweet potato, haupia, and poi mochi.
