Learn How to Make Kombucha at the West Seattle Farmers Market
Sunday, July 26th, 10:30 am-12 pm

This fun class, hosted by the Seattle Public Library, will show you how to make a zingy fermented beverage in your own kitchen! This “zingy” fermented beverage is simple and fun to brew at home and much less expensive that buying it. This class will be taught by Seattle Tilth certified instructor, Ellie Cohan.

Kombucha is made from tea, sugar and a “mother” or starter culture, but no worries; we’ll have a starter for you to take so you can begin brewing immediately. You’ll also discover other creative ways to use this versatile beverage!
